With plans to graduate this December, as a Liberal Arts major, Emma’s affection for Buena Vista is so profound that she intends to remain in this charming town to embark on a new adventure: student teaching at a local elementary school. As a devoted reader, she finds solace in the pages of British literature. Emma strongly endorses the Kindle revolution, extolling its convenience in delivering both academic texts and leisure reads at her fingertips.

“Kindle Unlimited has saved my life! I get so many different books that I enjoy, but I have also found required textbooks for my classes! It’s CRAZY!”

Beyond her insightful wisdom about SVU, Emma is a beacon of approachability on campus. Whether you seek intriguing activities, desire a deeper understanding of SVU’s essence, or simply wish to engage in a friendly chat, Emma Ferguson is your go-to source. She enthusiastically shares that her favorite campus moments involve the pumpkin patch and the spirited bingo nights. Yet, her utmost recommendation, delivered with an earnest sparkle in her eye, pertains to visiting Cookout and indulging in the “chocolate chip mixed with chocolate malt shake,” an unparalleled delight reminiscent of the iconic “Thrifty’s chocolate malted crunch.”
