So you blew it this April Fools, But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered for next year to make sure you are prepared. It is a battle of prank or get pranked. If you are stumped for good ideas, here are a few easy ones you can use that are guaranteed to fool your friends. But beware, use at your own risk. Speaking from personal experience, the person you are pranking might not find your jokes as hilarious as you do.

1. The Oreo Prank

This prank is super easy to pull off and takes little preparation. The only supplies you will need are Oreos and toothpaste. For the toothpaste, make sure the kind you buy has no color and is completely white. To start, remove all of the frosting from the center of the Oreo. Once that is gone, you are going to replace it with the toothpaste to mimic the frosting. After this, place the Oreos back in the package. Now that all the preparations are complete, feel free to offer some to your friends or anyone you think is in need of being pranked.

2. The Engagement Prank

If you are looking to get your friends and family back at home involved in your April fool’s shenanigans, this is a great prank for you. Use social media to announce a fake engagement. You can make it as convincing as you want. Maybe even have a mock photo shoot to sell it even more.

3. The Furniture Prank

This one is pretty self-explanatory. While your roommate or friend is gone, move all the furniture around and rearrange it. When they get back, they will be very confused as to why it is like this. This prank is simple, yet effective.

4. The Googly Eye Prank

For this one, all you will need is some googly eyes and either glue or tape in order to stick them to other surfaces. Once you have the needed materials, stick the googly eyes to as many objects as you can: a good place to put them is on all the items in your fridge. Then, when someone opens the fridge they will be met with dozens of eyes looking right back at them.

5. The Cup Prank

The only supplies you will need here are plastic cups. One way of pulling this prank off is by stacking a cup tower in front of someone’s door so that when they open the door they are facing a wall of cups. However, this one might not be very full proof given that your tower may fall over. Another variation of this prank would be to fill the cups with water and put a bunch of them all over the ground so they can’t walk through their room.

6. Whoopie Cushions

This one is a classic. Who doesn’t love whoopie cushions?! They are guaranteed to catch people off guard and get a laugh or two. You can’t go wrong on April fool’s with a couple of these.

The list of possible prank ideas is endless; get creative and see what funny ideas you can come up with. Good luck and happy pranking.
